The bark biofilter plant is treated from different types of bark, mainly pine. This material undergoes a process of screening and calibration. This process cleans the impurities of the material, separating the branches and other impurities which may be found.

The Biofilter plant treated bark is developed by Burés Professional. The bark is selected and determined to make the best properties. Goes through a thorough screening process to ensure adequate and homogeneous particle size. This process ensures adequate residence time and gas adsorption correct.
The pine bark is a very porous material, which provides a good surface to create the biofilm. The pore space facilitates adsorption of molecules odorífiques, reducing the residence time of the air.
The pine bark is a material that has a very long life, a slow degradation rate and low compaction.
