BURÉS SPHAGNUM PEAT MOSS

Fibrous sphagnum peat moss from the peat bogs near the Baltic Sea in Northern Europe. It has excellent porosity and aeration, low electrical conductivity and an acidic pH. Its fibrous structure gives it a good capacity for water holding, porosity and aeration, which encourage root growth. It is used as a raw material for making substrates and as an organic amendment for soils with salinity problems. Many different kinds are available: pH 3-4, pH 5-6, fertilized, fine particle, medium particle, coarse particle. Presentation: 250-L bales and big bales (4 m3 and 6 m3).
