WOOD FIBRE

Wood fibre is used as a substitute for sphagnum peat moss in substrates because of its high porosity, aeration and resistance to decomposition, all of which are essential characteristics for cultivation substrates. Because it is small and lightweight, it is used as a plant-based support mulch for hydroseeding on rough terrain and steep slopes.
